90 Day Transformation Challenge

Welcome to the 90 Day Transformation Challenge! If you are already a member, click on the Join now to register for the challenge. If you are not a member, click join now, purchase a monthly membership plan and then join the challenges below. There are two separate challenges. A daily fitness challenge and a daily nutrition challenge. We all know combining a fitness program and nutrition program together will ultimately yield the best results!

  • How do I join the program?
    1. Purchase either Fire Up Your Fitness, Fire Up Your Nutrition or Fitness & Nutrition. I recommend both to achieve optimal results. 2. Once purchased, download the app making sure to use the username and password you registered with and get started with the workouts. All workouts and nutrition information are located on the Workouts & Nutrition tab on the app or website. The invite code is LAURENMARTIN. 3. Join the Private Facebook Group Fire Up Your Fitness and Fire Up Your Nutrition.
  • What is included in the program?
    1. A daily workout will be posted the night before for the following day. The workouts will consist of strength days, strength and conditioning days and cardio days. A video tutorial will be provided on the strength days to help you with movements and instruction. Make sure to post in the community Forum when complete for accountability! The community Forum is found under the Workouts & Nutrition Tab. You can leave a comment in the comment section of that days workout. 2. A weekly meal plan and shopping list will be provided each week so that you can plan ahead. 3. Access to the community Forum - This can currently be found under Workouts & Nutrition. 4. Daily Motivational Content - Make sure to check out the Workouts & Nutrition tab 5. Weekly educational zoom call on Sunday's at 7:45pm pm.This is a great time to get support, ask questions and learn more about nutrition and fitness.   • How does the membership work?
    1. Memberships are month to month and require a 7 day cancelation via email. 2. Fire Up Ur Fitness is $50/month. Fire Up Ur Food is $50/month. If you do both, the rate is discounted to $79/month total. 3. Memberships are charged automatically monthly until they are canceled. 4. I recommend committing to at least 90 days to start for optimal results.

  • How do I get access to the App?

  • What equipment do I need to get started?
    When you are first getting started, a set of dumbbells is all you need! As you progress or wish to purchase more equipment, I suggest: 1. A variety of dumbbells ranging in weights from 5lbs-25lbs (depending on your fitness level and strength). Start light and go up as you need to. Always ask if you need help figuring this out! 2. A set of Kettlebells. 15lbs to start. You can use these for a variety of exercises. 3. A bench or box for step-ups and elevated push-ups. 4. A jump rope All workouts can be done with a set of Dumbbells, so don't get worried about equipment! These are just suggestions as you go. I ALWAYS give alternative exercises and if you need a modification or alternative exercise, just ask on the forum!
  • When are the Zoom Educational/Support Calls? What are they for?
    I run a 30 minute call every week. The call will be a combination of education, support, accountability and Q & A. They are designed to give extra support to help you achieve the results you want! Current time is: Sunday7:45pm Meeting ID: 761 223 9926 Password: Workout
  • Are there live classes? Online Classes? How do I participate in these?
    I run Outdoor in person classes when the weather is nice. They are located in Norfolk, Ma. I post the schedule weekly on the daily workouts and nutrition page. Classes are $25/class for non-members and $15/class for members. Packages of 4 and 8 are also available monthly for a discounted rate.   • This program looks intense! Are there levels? Is this suitable for a beginner?
    My program is a progressive strength and conditioning program. It is designed to get you results! It is challenging, athletic and combines both strength, conditioning and cardio. But, I do offer Levels 1, 2, and 3. I suggest options for beginners, weights for the different levels and modifications. When you first start, you may be walking the whole time or doing only body weight exercises. You may only be doing a portion of the work and fewer days. And, that is OK! You can build up and increase over time. I will always post modifications and levels. All you need is a positive mindset, a committment and a willingness to try! The results will come if you are consistent. Anyone can start! Any level. It is the mindset and commitment that has to be there to start:)
